Meticulously crafted, it took the team over two months to develop and perfect this lavish confection.. This extraordinary creation is a masterpiece from the renowned imagineering team at Cakery Wonderland, and Sugar Daddy London 

The Recipe for Extravagance:

• Dough: Made with the finest Dom Pérignon P2 Plénitude Brut Rosé Champagne (£1650 per bottle), exquisite Tahitian vanilla, premium duck eggs from Cornwall, Bungay raw butter, and half a gram of pure 23-carat gold powder (£288 per gram)
• Ganache Filling: An opulent blend of To’ak Alchemy Malva Flowers Dark Chocolate (£360 per kg), Longley farm jersey double cream, Luxardo cherries, and champagne and cherry liqueur pearls.
• Topping: A rich chocolate ganache adorned with freeze-dried cherry pieces and cherries dipped in pure gold Powder

Available to order exclusively from December 1st to December 28th last order is the 21st of December for delivery on Christmas eve and the 27th for New Year's Eve. These , luxurious Brionuts are made to order, ensuring zero food waste. They are presented in a box of six, priced at £6600, or as single items available only when six single orders are pooled together for £1110 each. 100% of the profit will be donated to charity partners to provide essential support to those in need during the holiday season.

Founder’s Inspiration: founder and pastry chef Author Greg Wixted shared the inspiration behind this lavish creation: "We came up with the idea while brainstorming showstoppers for our Winter in Wonderland and Christmas in Bridgerton dessert experiences. Inspired by Pan Pina bakery’s gold and silver bread and our champagne-infused bloomer we created for the late Queen's jubilee afternoon tea events, we decided to take it up a notch. Thus, the Golden Cherry, Champagne Chocolate Brionut was born as a standalone treat, crafted with the most luxurious ingredients."
